Once you pay the PayPal invoice, we send your final reservation confirmation document.

Most places don't ask for a deposit. If one does, we simply add it to your total and tell you the exact amount before you pay anything.
Your payment request breaks the total down clearly: our service fee plus any deposit the place requires. Nothing is charged at the request stage, and all payments go through PayPal with buyer protection.
Booking guarantee
- Checking availability is always free.
- If we make a mistake or a reservation turns out to be impossible, you get a full refund of what you paid.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Restaurant deposits and guarantees follow that restaurant's own cancellation and refund policy.

Is submitting a request a confirmed reservation?
No. A request is not a confirmed reservation. We first check availability and only confirm after you pay the invoice we send.
When do I pay?
Only after we secure a table. We send you an itemized total and a payment due date, and you pay by PayPal invoice.
What if the place has no availability?
If we can't secure any of your preferred times, you owe nothing. Checking availability is free.
Do I need a Korean phone number?
No. Handling reservations that normally require a local number is exactly what we do for you.
How do I pay?
We send a PayPal invoice by email. We do not collect card details on this website.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases described in our Booking Guarantee and Refund Policy. The service fee is non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.
