Refund principles

  • Checking availability is free. You pay nothing to submit a request.
  • Once a reservation is confirmed, the reservation service fee is non-refundable.
  • Restaurant deposits and guarantees follow that restaurant's own cancellation and refund policy.
  • If we fail to deliver the service due to our mistake, a unilateral cancellation by the restaurant, or because the reservation was not possible, we refund the amount you paid.

Restaurant deposits and guarantees

When a restaurant requires a deposit or guarantee, the refundability of that amount is determined entirely by the restaurant's own policy. We will share the applicable terms with you before you pay.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us with your request number. We'll review eligibility under this policy and respond, usually within a few business days.
